This is the first time that I have seen him stand up without any help of another person.My wife mentioned today that he fed himself some small bits of cheese, diced pears, and crackers.  They grow up so fast and sometimes we miss some of these wonderful moments.  We have to make the best of all the moments that we have with them.

Maybe we will be heading to the hospital this weekend.

Our 9 year old really smiled big when he saw the heart pumping on the screen.  He said that he got his wish.  I think he is taking to the idea of being a big brother.  I just hope he doesn’t charge the little guy for protection at school or something later on.   hahaha

We go to my wife’s doctor to have a sonogram that tells us the sex of our baby that is due in July. We are taking Matthew, our 9 year old with us in hopes that he will get excited about being a big brother in the next few months.
